The Callahan Room
The Club’s private dining room/meeting room is available to all of our members. An
elegant room with seating between 12 & 14 has become the perfect room for that
special dinner party, birthday luncheon or business meeting on your schedule.
The Timber Room
The Club’s banquet room is the perfect choice for the larger occasions in your life. With a variety
of menus to choose from, the Timber Room is a wonderful choice for your next group event.

- Room setup - includes tables, chairs, white linen colors, china, glassware, and silverware.
- Linen - includes white napkins, tablecloths, and skirting. Other tablecloth and napkin colors are available for an additional charge.
- Additional charges may apply for complex room setups.
- Hours - Seasonal
Functions wishing to exceed regular restaurant hours are subject to an additional $100.00 per hour room charge.
Catering
- The Roseburg Country Club will cater all food and beverage functions.
- A guaranteed attendance must be provided to the Club at least 5 business days before the event. The guaranteed number will be the minimum billing. The Club will provide for a 5% leeway over the guarantee.
- No foods or beverages may be brought to the Club.
Exception: Special occasion cakes from licensed bakeries are allowed. The Club can provide cake service (plates, napkins, etc.) for $1.00 per person. - All foods and beverages will remain at the Club, and may not be removed from the Club premises.
Beverage Service:
- Bar Service - A private bar that provides cocktails, wine, and beer and is available with hosted or no-host service. $150.00 fee.
- Cocktail Service - Hosted or no-host service is available upon request at no charge for groups of 50 or less. Please note that access to the main bar is restricted to club members only.
Additional information:
- Deposit
A $150.00 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm room reservations. The deposit will be applied towards the function.
Repair costs for any property damage will be charged to the organization, firm, or individual for whom the function is scheduled.
- Payment
Payment is accepted by check or cash, and is required on the day of the event.
Direct billing is available for companies and organizations if arrangements are made in advance.
Decorations:
- Decorating times are limited to the day of the event. Specific time requests and arrangements may be made at the time of reservation.
- Decorations must also be removed the day of the event. The Club assumes no responsibility for items left behind.
- Table decorations and any type of freestanding decoration is welcome. Decorations may not be nailed, stapled, or taped to walls, ceilings, or light fixtures.
- Lighted candles are not permitted due to fire regulations.

Service Charge:
- All food & beverage charges are subject to a 17% service charge.
